2. Scope of Services

I offer freelance services including:

• SEO audits and local SEO implementation
• On-page optimisation and content guidance
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management
• Analytics setup, reporting, and strategic advice

Each engagement will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins, usually by written proposal or email.

‍

3. Payment Terms

‍

• All fees are quoted in GBP (unless agreed at the start of the contract to work in a different currency) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

• For retainers or ongoing services, invoices will be issued monthly in advance.
• Late payments may result in interest charges and work being paused until payment is received. With a late payment fee of £50 per month.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

‍

• Provide any necessary access to platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS)
• Respond in a timely manner with any content, logins, or approvals needed to carry out the work
• Avoid making conflicting technical changes during the project without informing me

Failure to do so may impact results or cause delays.

‍

5. Performance and Guarantees

‍

I will always follow best practices and work hard to achieve the agreed goals. However, due to the nature of SEO and PPC, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or ROI, as outcomes depend on many external factors such as search engine algorithm updates and market competition.

6. Intellectual Property
‍

You retain ownership of all materials you provide. Upon full payment, any deliverables I create specifically for your project become yours to use as you wish.

‍

I may reference the work in a general, non-identifiable way for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

‍

7. Confidentiality
‍

I take confidentiality seriously and will not share your sensitive information, data, or credentials with any third party unless legally required or you give written permission.

‍

8. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the fullest extent allowed under UK law, I will not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue, business disruption, or data loss.

‍

My total liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the 30 days before the issue arises.

‍

‍

9. Termination

‍

Either party can terminate an agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

‍

Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

‍

Immediate termination may apply in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or misconduct.

‍

10. Governing Law

‍

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.

‍

11. Changes to These Terms

‍

I may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
